The Shitzu Squalo is a speedboat included with the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition. Of the vehicles Rockstar chose to headline that edition, it is the most informative, and it is not the supercar.

Why a boat is the interesting inclusion
Every GTA has had boats, and in most of them nobody used one. The water was the edge of the map.
Leonida does not allow that
Three of the six regions are defined by water. The Keys are an island chain, Grassrivers is a wetland, and Vice City sits on a barrier island.
You cannot treat water as a boundary on a map shaped like that.
What putting one in the premium edition says
A publisher puts things in a premium edition that it expects buyers to want on day one.

Shitzu, and the Squalo nameplate
Shitzu is the series' Japanese marque, better known for motorcycles and watercraft than for cars.
A returning name
The Squalo has been a speedboat in previous games. This is continuity, not a new nameplate.
As with the Cheetah, the name is the familiar part.
And nothing else is published
No handling model. No top speed. No capacity.
A name and a photograph is the whole of it.
