- Independence. GTA6.free is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto and all related marks belong to their respective owners and are used here descriptively.
- Your content stays yours. You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on this site and to remove it.
- Post only what you have the right to post. Do not upload other people's work without permission and credit.
- The marketplace is a noticeboard. We do not process payments, hold funds, guarantee trades or arbitrate disputes. Any arrangement between members is between those members.
- No warranty. Information here is provided as-is. We work hard on accuracy and we still get things wrong. Do not make a purchasing decision solely on the basis of a page on this site.
- We can remove content and accounts. Anything violating the community rules can be removed without notice.
- These terms can change. Material changes are noted in the update log.
