GTA6.free publishes first-party editorial work, clearly credited official media and material submitted by community members. Members may upload only work they created or have permission to share.
If your work appears here without permission, use the contact page. We do not require a perfectly formatted legal notice before looking at a reasonable rights complaint, and we can temporarily hide material while a claim is checked.
Send a useful takedown request
A complete request lets us identify the work and avoid removing the wrong material.
- Identify yourself. Give your name, a working email address and whether you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for one.
- Identify the original work. Describe it and, where possible, provide the original publication URL or another reliable ownership reference.
- Identify the GTA6.free material. Include the exact page URL and explain which image, text or other item is disputed.
- Explain the rights issue. State why you believe the use is not authorised by the owner, an agent or the law.
- Confirm accuracy. State that the information is accurate and that you have a good-faith basis for making the request.
- Sign the request. A typed full name is sufficient for our internal review; formal legal notices may have additional requirements in your jurisdiction.
How we handle a request
We first preserve the page URL and moderation record, then check whether the material is member-posted, official Rockstar media used with attribution, or original GTA6.free editorial work. We may disable access while reviewing a credible claim. When possible, we notify the member who supplied the material and record the outcome.
A removal does not decide ownership, infringement or fair use. It is an operational decision about what this site will continue hosting. We may ask for clarification when a request is too broad, does not identify a work, targets criticism rather than copied material, or appears to come from someone without authority.
If your submission was removed
A member who believes material was removed through mistake or misidentification may request review through the moderation and appeals process. Include the removed page URL, identify the material, explain the permission or legal basis you relied on, and attach evidence you are entitled to share.
Do not repost disputed material while review is open. Reposting can result in account restrictions because it defeats the temporary removal and creates duplicate copies of the same dispute.
If the removal was a moderation decision rather than a copyright one, use the appeals process instead. Posting rules are set out in the community guidelines.
Repeat infringement and misuse
Accounts that repeatedly post work without permission may lose publishing privileges or be banned. We also act against knowingly false, abusive or impersonated complaints. Neither rule prevents a genuine claimant or uploader from making a good-faith mistake.
The site contact channel is an operational route for rights complaints. This page does not claim that GTA6.free has registered a designated DMCA agent, does not create a legal safe harbour, and is not legal advice.
