Trophy hunters plan ahead, which is why this page exists before its subject does. There is no GTA 6 trophy list, no achievement list and no Gamerscore breakdown - Rockstar has published nothing, and the platform backends that eventually reveal these lists show nothing yet.
What can be written honestly is the frame around that missing list. Platform rules already guarantee some of it. GTA V set the pattern. And the reveal itself has a known schedule.

The GTA V precedent
GTA V shipped with 50 trophies on PlayStation, topped by a Platinum. On Xbox the same list was worth 1,000 Gamerscore.
How its list was built
Finish the story. Reach 100% completion. Max the skills of all three leads. Clear the collectible sets. Then a block of GTA Online objectives on top.
The Online block matters for expectations: with no GTA 6 multiplayer at launch, the first list is likely to be a pure single-player set, and to grow when the online mode arrives, as GTA V's did.
The completion question
GTA V's hardest chunk was its 100% completion trophy, and GTA 6's equivalent will define its Platinum grind.

When lists actually surface
Trophy lists are data inside the shipped game, read by the platforms, which is why they leak from infrastructure rather than press releases.
The usual sequence
Certification builds reach Sony and Microsoft weeks before launch. Trophy tracker sites read the backend entries a few days out. By release day, the full list is public.
Rockstar itself typically never announces trophies at all. The reveal is a side effect of shipping.
