The word buggy invites the wrong picture. Rockstar's four images show a 1960s Vapid muscle car raised high on tractor-tread tyres, with a bull bar, four roof lamps and mud up to the door handles. Its own description calls it 'a Mud Club monster offering impressive offroad handling for the backwoods of Mount Kalaga and beyond.'
The more practical half of the benefit is a building. Rockstar continues: 'Conveniently store it at the Paradise Garage in Watson Bay which features a weapon locker, plus a secure place to deposit stolen goods to be fenced.'

The garage may be worth more than the truck
Most of the Ultimate Edition's vehicles are just vehicles. This one comes with somewhere to put things, and both features point at systems.
A fence drop implies a loot loop
A 'secure place to deposit stolen goods to be fenced' means stolen property is carried, stored and sold on, rather than turned into cash on the spot.
Rockstar has not explained the fencing system itself. Our money and properties guide tracks what is confirmed about owning places.
A weapon locker matters because of the carry limit
GTA VI caps what you carry on foot and keeps the rest in vehicles. A fixed locker is one more place to stash guns.
Whether Standard players get comparable storage elsewhere is not stated.

Frame by frame
In Rockstar's order.
- Mud trail. Blue body, yellow bonnet stripe, race number 6, and decals reading 'Parts bought and sold'. The door decal appears to read 'Wyman's World'. Wyman is the collector behind the Ultimate Edition's Classic Car Collection, so the livery may tie the two benefits together; that link is our reading, not Rockstar's.
- Front close-up. Round headlamps taped with an X, yellow driving lamps inside a tubular bull bar, and a skid plate underneath.
- Dashboard. A thin three-spoke wheel with a red, white and blue horn badge, a speedometer, a fuel gauge and a clock. It is a stock 1960s cabin, not a race cockpit.
- Leaving the Paradise Garage. The truck rolling out of a roller-door unit marked 'Loading area', with a spare tractor tyre carried behind the cab.
A Florida idea, not a California one
Beach buggies belong to California. Lifted cars on tractor tyres belong to Florida.
The swamp buggy
The swamp buggy was invented by Ed Frank in Naples, Florida, and helped open up the Everglades in the 1930s and 1940s. Tractor tyres became standard in the 1980s, and Naples has held swamp buggy races since 1949.
A 'Mud Club monster' in a state modelled on Florida is drawing on that tradition.
Mud bogging
Mud bogging, racing lifted trucks through a pit or track of mud, has an open-bog tradition that Wikipedia traces to Florida. Tractor-tyred bog trucks were common by the late 1970s.
Rockstar has not said whether there is an organised mud racing activity to go with the Mud Club name.
The Dominator nameplate
The Dominator is younger than this build looks.
It first appeared in GTA V
The Vapid Dominator debuted in 2013's Grand Theft Auto V as a Mustang-inspired muscle car, and GTA Online built a family around it: a stock-car version, three Arena War versions, and the Dominator GTX, GT, GTT, ASP and FX.
GTA Online's dealer text calls the stock car 'a muscle car without the muscle'.
A ’67 goes back to the original shape
The buggy's round headlamps set into a wide grille recall the first-generation Ford Mustang, launched in 1964 and restyled for 1967 so it could take a big-block V8.
A modern Dominator is in GTA VI too: GTA Wiki identifies a red and black one on a freeway in the first trailer's opening shot.
Worth knowing before you buy
- Ultimate Edition only, and Ultimate is sold digitally.
- Rockstar has not said when in the story the buggy and garage become available.
- Whether a stock ’67 Dominator exists, and whether you could build your own buggy, is unannounced. One-Eyed Willie's, an Ultimate Edition mod shop in Lake Leonida, "specializes in off-road modifications", which is suggestive but not a confirmation. Our customisation page tracks the rest.
