The short version
- Included with the Ultimate Edition, with four official product images.
- A modified build rather than a stock model, which is new for an edition bonus.
- The Dominator is Vapid's long-running muscle nameplate across the series.
- No performance figures or base-game availability have been announced.
The third Ultimate Edition vehicle is the one that tells you the most about the game's sense of humour. It is a 1967 muscle car that somebody has cut the roof off and fitted for sand.
It is also the first edition bonus in the series that is explicitly a build rather than a model.

A build, not a model
Rockstar named this a Dominator Buggy, not a Dominator. That wording is doing work.
It is presented as a modification
A specific build of an existing model, rather than a separate entry in the roster.
The Ganado Retro Build is named the same way.
What that might imply
If edition bonuses are builds rather than models, a build has to be a thing you can own.
That points at a customisation system with some depth. Rockstar has confirmed none, so we are labelling it inference. Our customisation page tracks it.
Vapid and the Dominator
Vapid is the series' American mass-market marque. The Dominator is its muscle car.
A long-running nameplate
It has stood in for the same slice of Detroit across several games.
Nobody needs the badge explained to them.
1967 puts it at the front of the lineage
Not the modern end of it.
That is consistent with the '95 Cheetah and the '55 Stanier. All three Ultimate Edition road vehicles are old cars.
What a 'build' does not tell us
- Whether the stock ’67 Dominator also exists in the game.
- Whether players can build their own version.
- Performance, handling or off-road behaviour.
- Whether it is available in the base game in any form.
