GTA VI's official cast pages describe a network of hustlers, artists, criminals and local operators rather than a clean list of color-coded gangs. Raw Records is the clearest named organization. Jason's drug-running work and Raul Bautista's robbery connections establish other criminal circles without giving them formal faction names.

Raw Records is a business and a story network
Raw Records is the one organisation Rockstar has actually named. Three of the confirmed cast sit inside it.
Who is attached to it
Boobie Ike has moved from street work into legitimate holdings, and the label is one of them. Dre'Quan Priest is chasing music and sees his route through it. The Real Dimez bring performing talent and a public profile that already exists.
So the label is more than background signage. It is a map of who knows whom.
What it is not
Rockstar has not said you can run the label. Nothing points to signing artists, managing releases or earning income from it.
Treat it as a relationship network around named people, not as a business system.
Jason's criminal connections
Rockstar's Jason profile says he works for local drug runners in the Keys. He served in the Army first, and grew up around grifters and crooks.
That wording puts him close to an existing trade. It does not make him a member of a named cartel or gang.
The people around him
Brian Heder supplies another part of Jason's local world. Raul Bautista is the link to bigger robberies.
Those roles overlap. Overlapping does not make them one organisation, and Rockstar has not said it does.
What a faction system would require
A real faction mechanic tracks things: standing, hostility, territory, rewards, access. Rockstar has announced none of them.
Gang colours, neighbourhood groups and recurring faces can all support story encounters without any reputation meter behind them.
Why we will not name more
Leonida is big enough to hold many local organisations. That does not mean we can name them.
Names taken from clothing, graffiti or leaked files do not belong in a factual roster. When Rockstar names a group, we add it with the exact relationship it stated.
